In Brazil, last month Sanofi Pasteur Dengue Vaccine was approved for commercialization in Brazil. It's very expensive, need tree doses for get the immunization. One dose can be cost 20 euros. Tree doses can be total 60 euros. If the Brazilian Ministry of Health approved for use in the public health system, the economic impact can be R$ 300.000 reais (local current). For this the Brazilian MoH doesn't incorporated this vaccine at public heath.
In Brazil the National Research Butantã have been developed the Dengue vaccine single dose. This vaccine, nowadays, has in progress the clinical trial phase III.
